I've been designing and running websites since 1997, when I launched my first personal website.

A year later I launched Discover Hertford Online, an information resource for my home town that has now been operating for over ten years and sees over 30,000 page views per month. The site is ranked no.1 on Google for the town and features a forum, blog and articles on local issues.

The guiding principles of simplicity and tidiness are built into all the websites I design. I'm also a strong believer in meaningful content and ease of navigation, rather than over-designed sites that deliver visual appeal at the expense of usability.

I have also worked with intranets to provide services and information within companies and organisations.

Prices start at £75 for a design and single page, with further pages from £25 each.

I can also offer hosting and domain name registration.

My principle skills in web development are use of HTML4, XHTML, CSS and ASP.
